Probably the very first time that my office had arranged a 4 days and 3 night off-site retreats this far. As the schedule was set to arrive this Les Manguiers resort in Kampot on 14 of February, and it’s Valentine day. I would called it a special day for me and Sandy, as she’s with me on this trip.
The rooms were great, all were wooden houses. Some of my teammates stayed on separate houses, and most of the rooms and houses were occupied by all us. I would rate this arrangement as nice for an overall review, just a little bit disappointment such as rats fighting inside the wooden walls at night, some frogs came inside the room, insects and mosquitoes annoyance, partly terrible foods, but I like the Special BBQ and Dinner though
I knew I could take something out from this trip, beside the great team building exercises and some interesting meetings, but having Sandy enjoy and relax by this great place with wonderful view, and my photography experiment. I always thought about shooting star trail, and this would be the best place for me to do it, and lucky enough that everyday I can see the visible stars, though it raining at midnight on that 2nd and 3rd day.
